These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold through https://www.thesustainablebrains.com, operated by The Sustainable Brains ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
We sell digital information products, including "ChatGPT to Claude: The Brain Transfer" and "The New Brain Builder". These are self-paced guides delivered electronically. They contain step-by-step instructions and ready-to-use prompts designed to help you migrate from ChatGPT to Claude or build a new Claude brain from scratch.
Our products are educational resources. Results depend on your individual effort, existing setup, and how you apply the material. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
All prices are listed exclusive of tax. Your local VAT or sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated and added automatically at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with access to your purchased product(s). Digital products are delivered electronically. If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at hi@thesustainablebrains.com.
We stand behind our products. If the guide does not work for you, email us at hi@thesustainablebrains.com and we will sort it out. No hoops.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you make a genuine attempt to follow the guide before requesting a refund.
All content in our products, including text, prompts, templates, diagrams, and design, is the intellectual property of The Sustainable Brains and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or claim authorship of any part of the product. You may use the prompts and templates within your own Claude setup as intended by the guide.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you use at checkout, as this is how we deliver your product and communicate with you. We are not responsible for lost access due to email issues on your end.
Our products involve the use of third-party platforms, including Claude (by Anthropic) and the Claude desktop app (Cowork). We are not affiliated with Anthropic and are not responsible for changes to their products, pricing, features, or availability. If a third-party platform changes in a way that affects the guide, we will make reasonable efforts to update the material.
The Sustainable Brains provides these products "as is" for educational and informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
